● The temperature :The metal spinning will increase the temperature of the roller and mold in the production ,the size of roller and mold will increase a little as the expansion and contraction . so the gap between roller and mold will reduce, the gaps effect metal forming accuracy.
So it needs to control the temperature of the mold an roller ,Drawing oil is usually used to cool .another way is to use the industrial fan blow the mold and make it accelerated cooling .if the temperature is stable ,the accuracy is same as you original debugging .
● Spinning roller:The abrasion of spinning roller is obvious in stainless steel spinning ,then the spun parts will have scratchs .so we need to polishing the spinning roller if we use it for a long time
● Spinning roller :If the surface of metal spinning roller is scratched ,the exterior appearance of spun products is scratched .we check the appearance of spinning roller to control the exterior surface every 4 hours .
● Spinning mold :Mold surface effects the interior appearance of spun products ,we check the appearance of spinning .
● Lubrication oil : It reduce the friction between spinning roller and blank sheet .
We usually measure the diameter ,height ,thickness according to customer's drawing .

We use pass only rules to control the diameter and height accuracy .
● Diameter accuracy : 0.2mm
● Height accuracy : 0.5mm
● Thickness accuracy : 0.1mm
We use CNC milling to make a curve pass only inspection tool to measure the shape and curve

We design and make a special inspection tool to check the relative position accuracy

● Air pressure testing : In order to check the the product without leakage after welding ,we use air pressure to test every bowl in the water tank ,if there is bubble under the water ,we will mark the position and welding it again .
● X-ray test : In order to keep the tensile strength of welding ,we should test the welding by take a photo of X-ray ,to make sure whether there is air hole and slag inclusion .
● Appearance : one quality controller is responsible for appearance inspection ,includes polishing and brused effect , powder coating and oxidation effect inspection .
● Accuracy : one quality controller is responsible for the accuracy of diameter ,height ,thickness and curve .
